Customize your invoices

If you need to manage the setting of your invoice:

  1. Log in to your Openbix account from .

  2. On the left-side menu, click Setting > Finance Setting > Invoice Setting.

  3. Customize your invoice logo, Upload or change the logo that will appear on your invoices.

  4. You can Add or update the authorized signature that will appear on your invoices.

  5. Change the invoice language. Select the language for your invoices.

  6. Set up the details for payment reminders that will be sent to clients.

  7. Choose what client information you want to display on your invoices.

Save your changes

Make sure to save all the changes so they apply to future invoices.

Change the invoice layout

In the same Finance Setting (On the left-side menu, click Setting > Finance Setting > Invoice Setting.)

  1. Go to Invoice Template.

  2. Select one of our 5 simple but powerful invoice template.

  3. Save.
