In Openbix, Deals represent key revenue-generating interactions between a customer and a company. Essentially, they are ongoing agreements between a business and an interested customer that have not yet been finalized.

Key Components of a Deal:

  • Deal Stages – Indicates the status of the deal (e.g., won, lost, or in progress).
