Every deal originates from a Lead, which represents a potential customer interested in the company’s offerings.
A lead transitions into a deal when a business transaction is initiated. However, the primary interactions and deal progressions are managed within the Deals module.
The Leads module includes a Deals tab, where all associated deals under a specific lead are displayed.
Once a deal is successfully accepted by both the customer and the company, the lead converts into a client.
Businesses can send proposals to leads for potential deals involving specific products or services.
