Finance Setting
Overview: The Finance Settings section allows you to configure essential financial details used across invoices, estimates, credit notes, and other financial documents. Customize prefixes, payment terms, reminders, templates, and more to align with your business needs.
1. Invoice Settings
Allows users to set a default Invoice Prefix and define the number of digits for the Invoice Number. A sample is generated based on the entered data.
2. Estimate Settings
Enables users to configure a default Estimate Prefix and specify the number of digits for the Estimate Number, along with a sample preview.
3. Credit Settings
Provides options to set a Credit Prefix and define the number of digits for the Credit Number, with a sample preview.
4. Additional Finance Settings
Includes configurations for:
Due Dates – Define payment deadlines.
Reminders – Set up automatic reminders for unpaid invoices.
GST Number – Add tax details for financial documents.
Invoice Details – Choose what information should be visible on invoices.
Language – Select the default language for financial documents.
Terms & Conditions – Set company policies for invoices and estimates.
Templates – Customize invoice formats with predefined templates.
5. Reminders
Allows setting automatic reminders for unpaid invoices to notify clients at specified intervals.
6. Client Information
Administrators can configure which client details should be displayed on invoices.
7. Additional Information
Companies can add any extra details they wish to display on invoices.
8. Invoice Templates
Offers five different templates that businesses can choose from based on their needs.

10. Units
Companies can add and modify unit types as needed.
11. Invoice Payment Details
Enables businesses to add their bank details, which will be displayed on PDF invoices. When creating an invoice, users can select the preferred bank from a dropdown menu.
