Overview: The Lead Settings section allows you to manage and customize how leads are handled within your organization. Define lead sources, pipelines, deal agents, categories, and round-robin distribution to streamline lead management and improve efficiency.

1. Lead Sources

  • Purpose: Identify and track the origin of leads.

  • Common Lead Sources:

    • Email: Leads generated through email campaigns.

    • Google: Leads from Google searches or ads.

    • Facebook: Leads from Facebook ads or interactions.

    • Friend: Referrals from existing clients or contacts.

    • Direct: Leads who contact the organization directly.

    • TV: Leads from TV advertisements.

  • How to Manage Lead Sources:

    1. Navigate to Lead Settings > Lead Sources.

    2. Add, edit, or delete lead sources as needed.


2. Deal Pipeline

  • Purpose: Visualize the stages a lead goes through before becoming a customer.

  • Stages:

    • Initial Contact

    • Qualification

    • Proposal

    • Negotiation

    • Closing

  • How to Set Up:

    1. Go to Lead Settings > Deal Pipeline.

    2. Define the stages and customize them based on your sales process.


3. Deal Agents

  • Purpose: Assign team members to manage and track leads.

  • Features:

    • Assign leads to specific agents.

    • Track agent performance and lead progress.

  • How to Set Up:

    1. Navigate to Lead Settings > Deal Agents.

    2. Assign agents to leads or pipelines.


4. Deal Categories

  • Purpose: Categorize leads based on their type, priority, or other criteria.

  • Examples:

    • New Leads

    • High-Priority Leads

    • Follow-Up Required

  • How to Set Up:

    1. Go to Lead Settings > Deal Categories.

    2. Add or edit categories to organize leads effectively.


5. Round-Robin Distribution

  • Purpose: Allocate leads evenly among team members in a cyclic manner.

  • How It Works:

    • Leads are assigned to agents in a rotating order.

    • Ensures fair distribution of workload.

  • How to Set Up:

    1. Navigate to Lead Settings > Round Robin.

    2. Enable Round Robin and configure distribution rules.
