Time Log Settings
Overview: The Time Log Settings section allows you to configure how time tracking is managed within your organization. Automate timer controls, set reminders, and define approval requirements to ensure accurate and efficient time logging for tasks and projects.

1. Automatic Timer Stop
Purpose: Automatically stop timers when an employee’s shift ends.
How It Works:
The system detects the shift end time and stops the timer to prevent overlogging.
How to Enable:
Navigate to Time Log Settings > Automatic Timer Stop.
Toggle the feature On.
2. Time Tracker Reminders
Purpose: Send reminders to employees to start or stop their timers.
How It Works:
Notifications are sent at specified intervals to ensure accurate time tracking.
How to Enable:
Go to Time Log Settings > Reminders.
Toggle the feature On and configure reminder intervals.
3. Timelog Approval Requirements
Purpose: Ensure timelogs are reviewed and approved before submission.
How It Works:
Employees submit timelogs, which are then reviewed by managers or admins.
How to Enable:
Navigate to Time Log Settings > Approval Requirements.
Toggle the feature On.
4. Daily Timelog Reports
Purpose: Automate the generation and delivery of daily timelog reports.
How It Works:
Reports are sent to admins or managers at the end of each day.
How to Enable:
Go to Time Log Settings > Daily Reports.
Toggle the feature On and configure report recipients.
